Threlkeld Village Hall makes an ideal venue for conferences, meetings and exhibitions. It will appeal especially to groups and organisations looking for a simple but high quality rural location in the very middle of Cumbria, just off the A66, it is readily accessible from Penrith, Keswick, Workington, Kendal, and Carlisle. Additionally there is easy access by cycle and on foot and by bus (X4/X5/X50 stop right outside the Hall).
The Hall is a warm and bright space equipped with a modern AV system with DVD, computer and iPod connectivity for presentations and videos. There are modern and accessible toilets.
It measures around 15mts x 7mts and can accommodate approximately 100 people ‘theatre style’ and 60 seated at tables
The building is fully accessible to people of limited mobility, with level access from the front entrance, and a platform lift from the rear car park.
There are comfortable chairs and tables for use by delegates, and an adjacent kitchen for preparing and serving drinks and food.

Home of the Threlkeld Coffee Shop from 10am to 5pm, it can be used in the evenings as a meeting room, or annex to the Main Hall for a break-out room, bar etc. There is an interconnecting door to the Main Hall.
The room is 9mts x 5.5mts with an annexe 3mts x 4mts. It will seat 30-50 people depending on layout, but ideal for meetings of up to 20
There are beautiful views to Clough Head and St John’s in the Vale and windows opening onto a small patio.
Charges are based on the standard Hall hire rates.
